From London to Nashville to Oakland and back to Nashville. All by way of Lagos , Nigeria. All of these diverse cities taught me one thing.
My whole life has been one long practice in learning how to understand other people and find a way to help them get what they want out of life.
In college, I joined the Sigma Nu fraternity at WKU and helped that chapter become one of the largest on campus with my loud and innovative promotion tactics.During this time I also worked relentlessly, even taking summer and winter courses, to earn my Bachelor’s in Marketing.
After WKU, I moved west and earned my Master’s degree in Marketing at Hult International Business school. At a school where the student body represented over 110 different nations, I became known as one of the most approachable faces on campus. Simply because I was willing to learn people’s names and show genuine curiosity in their cultural backgrounds.
After Hult, I worked at 2 separate startups that became globally recognized leaders in the booming Fintech industry. During my time in the Bay Area, I connected with a group of Djays to help them book more gigs. I used my knowledge of social media marketing to help triple their revenue (from booked appointments) over the course of 8 months.
Now I am back home in Nashville, TN. My main goal is to work with small business owners to help them make real connections with their target audiences and achieve their marketing goals.
